ENGINEER (Former Employee) – Redondo Beach, CA – January 22, 2013
My most rewarding experience was while working on many research & development projects. I have applied some cutting-edge technology in discovering the newer innovations for the purpose of scientific research & development. That requires me to interface with some very intellectual people on a daily basis; such as technicians, engineers, scientists and managers. This experience affords me with the skills & knowledge into many disciplinary fields. On many occasions, there would be a shortage of engineering staff to perform an activity. It was challenging for me given that responsibility to complete the task from beginning to end for my first time without any assistance and only a test procedure for guidance. An activity that lasted anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on the scale of it.
camaraderie with coworkers, collaboration with supplier, satisfaction to customers internally & externally.
