Good fun compan but poor pay

Pros: flexibility, dress, faily atmosphere
Cons: pay, and there is no performace review process
This is a company run like a family, and that is great. However, the pay is below average. The company has no real structure and operates without rules and makes them up as it goes. That makes it difficult to effectively deal with customers. Things were getting better for customer service, but some reason the former VP who was helping to provide structure – more...  was let go. A lot of rumors as to why, but no certainty. – less
