Manufacturing Specialist (Former Employee), Austin, TXNovember 6, 2013
worked hard, co-workers for the most part are really good people, management didn't reward you for what you knew or how hard you worked.

Senior Analyst and Program Manager (Former Employee), Austin, TXAugust 20, 2013
Pros: strong ip
Cons: dying product lines, inability to develop new viable products
The management spend so much time kissing the butts of their bosses that nothing effective ever gets planned or executed. they have 24 months before the combined ineptitude will drive them BACK into bankruptcy

Associate Engineer (Former Employee), Sunnyvale, CAAugust 13, 2013
Pros: work environment
New learnings everyday on materials in hand, exciting to find
problems that could be solved immediately. Management was
pleasant to work with and very supportive. Co-workers were excellent team players. Hardest part of the job was not having
enough time in the day to accomplish more and the the most
enjoyable was when a project was completed in records – more... time. – less

Production is high flowing and repetitive
Wafer Fabrication Technician Specialist (Current Employee), Austin, TXMarch 12, 2013
Pros: great benefits and good work environment
Cons: no advancement possible
Split shifts A, B, C, and D. I work D-shift (night shift 2nd half of the week, 7am to 7pm). Teamwork environment. Empowered work environment. Non-stop flow of production. Hardest part is learning toolset qualifiction procedures and making adjustments. Most enjoyable is the extra time off because of the compressed work schedule.
