Low pay. The company wants to bid well under other companies so they will win the bid. Also, when you fill out an application Sparks asks for the names of clients you have worked for, so they can try to get a contract with them. I applied for Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, but the only job they ever were able to give me was sorting proxy ballots. When I went back later to get some work I changed the end date of a previous employer (A friend of mine who started a company which finally folded) to an earlier date which was my last actual work date. When I tried to tell the office manager that I didn't quit, but that there was no work for the last three years I was pretty much called a liar and told to leave the office.
