The office I worked for was very busy. They had gone through many changes in the 6 years I was there. I don't believe that all the changes were handled well as they effected the staff emotionally and physically. The manager tried the best they could as they are limited to what the providers request as well as corporate personal. There is a division in the team as communication doesn't always occur as needed between the providers, nursing, and registration staff resulting in a negative office environment. The phones were very busy in this office which often required you to have a phone to the ear as you were checking in or out a patient. The best part of the job was the patients. Many would be so thankful for the kindness that you showed them. They often would send thank you cards or verbally thank the staff.
Health Care was costly and limited to the Sparrow Network
