The upside is working with great staff people. The downside is constantly changing work duties, inadequate notification or prepping the staff for changing expectations, 12 hr shifts required sitting the entire time on the phone. RN salaries are low. New staff come in and leave after a few days, weeks or several months. Constant turnover.
