I like the environment, it is very hands on with the patients and a connection can be built. The staff is also very welcoming, always ready to explain certain devices used and techniques being used for certain types of rehabilitations. I learned a good amount about patient and staff relationships as well as head injuries and different types of techniques to determine and evaluate therapy programs. The most enjoyable part of the job is the patient and staff relationship and experiencing different therapeutic techniques used to rehabilitate patients. The hardest part of the job is usually when it is slow and there is not much to do.
