Spectra Premium Industries Inc. is engaged in the manufacture of steel fuel tanks and related components for the automobile and light-truck aftermarkets. The Company operates in two business segments, the aftermarket and original equipment manufacturer (OEM). The aftermarket segment includes six manufacturing plants in Canada and one in England. These plants manufacture fuel tanks, aluminum radiators for automobiles and light trucks; oil pans, industrial radiators for trucks and heavy machinery, and rebuilt compressors and body panel parts. This segment includes the distribution activities of sending units, fuel pumps, complete heater cores and other air conditioning parts. The OEM segment includes the activities of four manufacturing plants in Canada, precisely in Boisbriand, Laval and Boucherville in Quebec, and Haley in Ontario. In January 2007, the Company merged with a new company, 6551399 Canada Inc.
