I applied and got a phone interview in August 2017. Was asked to come to interview and take a test. After passing both, I was asked to come in the next day to interview with a supervisor and maybe a manger. Spoke with the supervisor and answered his technical questions; was asked to wait and interview with the manager. After her interview, I was told I would hear back. Got the “thanks, but no thanks” email. I have several years of call center experience, many years with a large telecom, and an MBA. No sure why I didn’t get the job.
