No appreciation for their representatives. Money is not compensatory. The culture is one of fear for your job. People must claw for holiday.

Field Auditor/Fulfillment support Tech (Current Employee) –  Florissant, MOFebruary 17, 2017
Pay could be better but everything about it is meh. its a good job, not a career. I personally think that the management should allow the employee to focus more on quality first and then production but its the opposite.

Supervisor Quality Assurance/Audit (Former Employee) –  GAFebruary 17, 2017
A typical day at work includes interaction with colleagues; learning new ways to solve & fix problems. Management styles differ on different levels but they are super focused on quality of work performance. The culture is good & focuses on the achievement of goals; customer satisfaction.

General Repair Agent (Former Employee) –  Austin, TXFebruary 17, 2017
The CSP 1 (Tech Support Rep), via telephone, will provide excellent service supporting our customers and their products to make their lives simple and easy. Representatives support all products for Time Warner Cable customers in a high volume call center environment.

Hours: 40 hours a week, shifts will vary, must be available to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Overtime may be required. Work is regularly supervised and reviewed for timeliness, accuracy and correct procedures

Micromanaged and changes on a daily basis
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  DeLand, FLFebruary 16, 2017
Micromanaged on everything that is done. Rules are made one day and changed the next. Nothing is stable. People coming and going. Used to be great company before was purchased by Charter.

Direct Sales Representative (Current Employee) –  Ontario, CAFebruary 15, 2017
The company has good benefits and pays well.
Sales rep must be a self starter and over come rejection from customers.
Rejection from customers is the hardest part of the job.
Over all salary and benefits is good.
Pros
good pay and benefits
Cons
work schedule

Fast pace, Fun and proffesional work place
QC Tech (Current Employee) –  FLFebruary 14, 2017
Very self motivating position. Required to assign work to yourself and be on the job site on time. You required to have very good time management skills, I have deadlines to meet every day. Quality control on installs from subcontractors. Have to make sure they're meeting the company's expectations, if not I'm required to document the work by taking pictures and filling out a report. Fix any problems on site and back charge the contractors for jobs that don't meet company standards. Also audit entire neighborhoods for any illegal customers.

Company Vehicle

Broadband Support Technician (Former Employee) –  Louisville, KYFebruary 14, 2017
Constant calls, constant long queues leading to irate customers when they reach you. 2 pages of call flow, most centered on up-selling customer and only one question on resolution.
Pros
Promotion opportunities
Cons
Sales and queues

Sales (Current Employee) –  Spartanburg, SCFebruary 13, 2017
There is new leadership in place and it is very unorganized. They change things so fast that the company cant keep up. They changed the compensation plane without any noticed and they pretty much cut my check in half.

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Queens, NYFebruary 13, 2017
All they care about is productivity and numbers. They force you to try to up-sell their expensive products to people who are mostly low income (depending on location). There is a high turnover rate. They still owe me commission also.

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  West Columbia, SC 29170February 12, 2017
The pay is good but was not a comfortable setting. I do not have much to say about Time Warner Cable. Others may be successful with the company and branch out to other things.
