All nurses and cna's have a responsibility to keep up to date on their CPR cards, their TB, Immunizations, and License. If you are up to date on your responsibilities then the hiring process is relatively easy. If not then it only drags the process out even longer.

I think that any job has its own stressors to deal with. At the end of the day we are all human beings and we all handle stress differently. I think Spectrum Accountable Care core beliefs about people and their nurses is one of the biggest things they pride themselves upon so if there is a stress about the job WE ALL handle it and help one another as a TEAM. That's really what any great company should do.

The work pase changes day to day. If you are working in the field at one of our facilities it will changed based upon the patients you are caring for. If you are working in the office with deadlines that you are trying to accomplish then your work pace is going to be different if you don't have any needs posted or the patients are relatively calm.
