Typically, my work day is spent assisting customers over the phone, through email, and processing walk in orders. I have learned that communication is the most important aspect of running a successful operation. The hardest part of my job is the lack of organization. Procedures are put in place and soon after, fall through. This, in turn, increases the probability of error. The most enjoyable part of my job is making successful sales, satisfied customers, and viewing final products once new designs have been screen printed.
