A typical day at work would require answering incoming calls from customers wanting to place orders and keying in mail-in orders. Some of the products were very interesting and we were required to be knowledgeable about all the various products. The management are easy to get along with and very helpful especially if you are a reliable employee. The overall culture in the workplace can be trying at times but for the most part acceptable. The hardest part of the job is knowing all the different products for all the different clients and convey the information to the customer in an informative way. At times the training was a bit lax. The most enjoyable part of the job is the interaction with customers.
