The hours are horrible. They expect you to close a store (ones that are open on a 18 hours schedule) then turn around and open in a 4 to 5 hour span. If you have a family or single parent you must abide by their R&R (speedways laws) or you will be fired. There is NO such thing as a "Work life-Family balance. You must be able to double shifts. Including doing double and close and open. Management will not do it. They put employees and the public at risk. This done on a weekly basis.

It is awful. You work alone most of the time. Even in high end and crime area stores. They write you up for small things. DM and GM bully the staff. Must retain a 65% or higher average of giving NEW speedy reward cards out. They do not include present regular customers with reward cards. Other favorite employees falsely swipe cards. And do not give to the customers. And that's ok. Must complete everything assigned to you even day shifts tasks. Or they will lower your hours till you quit. Because one thing they do not do is pay unemployment.

Left because of illness. And way to stressful. GM and DM bully staff to get brownie points for themselves. Lack of care for employees who give it their all. Because upper management doesn't like them.
