Be more understanding about the people that work for you. We are lowering ourselves to temp work to keep working, not because we are rejects. Understanding is key. We all have issues. We are all trying.
Be a little more truthful as the type of job it is
Stop offering full time "temporary" jobs.
Employees need to feel a sense of permanent employment.
People have no reason to apply, knowing they are imminent
to lose their jobs in a few months.
One thing is they lie about the hours you work and acted shocked when you figure out that the job is 60 hours a week not 40...just shoot it straight to your employees
That they continue to focus on the need of the people

Stop being oblivious to the problems within the company. Stop facilitating a negative environment by talking about your clients and staff. Be more accommodating to the temporary staff that works for Spherion.
