This company deals with providing personnel to work events hosted at various sport complexes and arenas. Prior to the start of an event, employees are debriefed as to the type of event being held along with the necessary expectations of employees in dealing with patrons.

Engaging with co-workers is a pleasure and enables workers to share their advice in dealing with situations to expand their knowledge and familiarity of incidents occurring during events. This enables workers to immediately assist customers during future events.
With a majority of events there are alcoholic beverage sales available which creates the possibility for intoxicated patrons. These patrons can become belligerent and hostile and may need to be removed from the facility. The state of these patrons hamper the enjoyment for others as well as increase the potential for injury. While there are those few that over indulge, most patrons are a pleasure to deal with and makes the work experience worth your while. – less

They knew who to call on when other employees did not want to come to do their job responsibilities.

A typical day at work is an early start, with two fifteen minute breaks, and a thirty minute lunch break. Everyday I learn new ways to get information into the system, or information which should not be put into the system. My co-workers are people from all walks of life, it is very diversified. I was a license owner for Spherion. I woned and managed 17 counties in Iowa.

Non stop work the whole shift. I learned how to bottled drinks are manufactured. management and the co-worker for this job was down to earth and maade it easy to do your job with out hovering over me and letting me do what i was trained to do. I was sent on a number of assignments, mostly during the day. Typically I started at 8:00 a.m. I learned to do a number of jobs, including electronic repair, machine operation and general labor. I usually worked alone, but on occasion worked with a typical work group doing similar tasks. There were not usually any difficult assignments.

This company is a wel known temporary agency across DFW that attempts to meet the comfort of the employees as well as the employer. While employed with Spherion, I learned how important teamwork is. The management teams encourages you to be extremely knowledgeable in all areas of the companies they present you to. They were very helpful always trying to accomadate employee's. The staff was always pleasent to speak with and I enjoyed the jobs they sent me on.

I liked the fact that the opportunity to become permanent was a for sure availability

Temporary agency provides alot of flexibility of schedule with no penalty for time off work. Opportunity to network at different companies and potential to find a full time career.

Overall it was good and consistent. although sometimes we'd have to push ourselves to meet quotas the work always got done.

I worked for this company twice, it was a fun place and company to work for. A typical day would be to call a delinquent member to collect funds on past due accounts. My co workers, made the day go by fast. The management built morale with different contests daily.

I loved working for this company they always had work for me to do and I received a lot of experience working for them.
