Spice Kit is a chef-driven company founded in 2010. We serve Asian Street Food using the highest quality ingredients and using the best culinary techniques.
Currently with two locations, we are looking for managers to join our core group. We're looking for people who are excited about us, and the possibilities ahead.
Our Managers are our leaders and ambassadors, setting the expectations for all employees, while delivering an outstanding customer experience and maximizing financial results. He/she is core to the development and training of all staff. The position requires the manager to be on their feet during working hours, have an outstanding knowledge of our food, but also be proficient with administrative and computer-related tasks. Our managers are expected to prioritize tasks, to help where needed, and to keep our restaurants running efficiently and with attention to detail.

The Assistant Manager will be ultimately responsible that the food Spice Kit serves is of the highest quality in flavor, freshness and presentation.
Ensure a Great Customer Experience
The manager is solely responsible for ensuring our guests receive a quick, fun, and friendly experience every time they visit Spice Kit. Spice Kit's managers are the ambassadors for our brand.
As the leader of a Spice Kit restaurant, the manager will be responsible for the development and training of all staff, ensuring that all staff are properly trained to work clean, with precision, and with speed. The managers will also identify and develop and coach new managers and chefs for Spice Kit; a key element to Spice Kit's growth and success.
Cleanliness and Maintenance of Kitchen
The manager will be responsible for upholding Spice Kit's strict standards of cleanliness of kitchen equipment and facilities, and will be responsible for the maintenance of all kitchen equipment and facilities. Cleanliness and Maintenance is not only key to efficient operations, but also a cornerstone of Spice Kit's culture.
Additional requirements and responsibilities include:
- Must have 1+ years of Assistant Manager or GM experience in Restaurant/Hopitality/Retail environments
- Bachelor's Degree, a plus
- Culinary Certificate/Hospitality Degree or equivalent Culinary experience, a plus
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time 10 hours or more
- Must be able to lift heavy objects of at least 50lbs
- Must be proficient in Email, MS-Office
- Must have strong working knowledge of all Kitchen Equipment
