Spinnaker Support helps clients extend and maximize the life of their software investment by utilizing a support team with personally assigned engineers for each client, thus allowing them a group of experts to seamlessly assist in the maintenance and support of their JDE systems.
We offer responsive, global third-party support to maintain our clients’ current JD Edwards software environment and technical consulting services to assist users wanting to upgrade. Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, Spinnaker Support also runs consulting and support operations in Singapore and London.

Role Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Technical Support Analyst/CNC. This is a remote support position which would allow you to work from your home location. The right candidate will have strong customer service skills, issue/project management skills and exceptional communication skills. While functioning as part of the cohesive support team, this person must also be able to work independently with customers/users, and be willing to assist teammates on their issues when the need arises. This role may involve periodic travel of less than 5 percent performing technical CNC assessments and sales related activities.

Role Requirements:

Ability to effectively communicate, work with and liaise between customer core team members (users, management, IT), internal support team members (management and support) and other contractors.
Strong leadership skills to drive results with proven multitasking capabilities in a team environment.
Ability to work well both independently and with a core support team without close supervision.
Possess a strong focus on client service and delivering quality solutions that meet and exceed client expectations and SLAs.
Analytical skills to be used with incoming customer issues along with strong organizational skills are a plus for the desirable candidate.
Team player with the ability to become part of a long-standing, professional group of JDE experts.
Goal oriented with high standards for quality and performance.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nominal travel (less than 5 percent).

Software Technical Skill Requirements:

JDE EnterpriseOne XE-9.0 experience needed and 9.1 install/upgrade/migration experience desired.
Server and client package build and deployments.
Strong understanding of operating systems and relational database technologies.
Oracle database and Weblogic experience highly desired.
Apply ESUs, ASUs, Updates and Service Pack upgrades.
E1 application upgrades a plus.
JDE Web Server and Portal Knowledge with implementation experience.
Understand JDE Toolset.
Manage and maintain all JDE OneWorld and related SQL databases including setup.
JDE Performance Tuning desirable.
JDE Administration for security, print, batch queues, performance tuning and monitoring.
Familiar with OW tools such as Data Browser, Enterprise Report Writer, Import/Export capabilities, screen navigation and basic user tools as well as some of the more advanced/technical tools.
Familiar with DD, Menus, Vocab Overrides.
Help with logging and troubleshooting issues from tech and apps perspective.
Microsoft and Linux operating systems preferred.
Oracle Business Services experience is desirable.
