SPINS used to be NPI experts and innovators in the industry, now it seems like they are scrambling to get by - because they are afraid of their competition. They are trying to keep up with the Joneses instead of improving what made them successful. Poor investment in MDM platforms which creates quality control issues. Upper management does not fully disclose everything to the CEO. HR is terrible and is not proactive. High turnover rate due to poor management and management's lack of knowledge in the industry.
