The Company use to be all about the quality of the product and the well being of the employees, and now I feel its about the bottom line and stock holders. Afraid that if things dont change it wont be around for long.
Amazing co-workers, but management is not up to speed to take advantage

Corporate leadership was excellent, but BU decisions are made by a small group of people who've been there since college. During most of the BU's history, a single locked-in customer guaranteed success, and leading by "feel" was sufficient. These leaders mean well, but analysis-driven strategy, once derided as "MBA business mumbo-jumbo" is a missing yet critical part of success in today's more competitive environment. There's a personality culture where, "work hard, play hard" is a mantra. But as the company struggles, the "play-hards" get promoted while the "work-hards" leave or get RIFfed.
Has attracted great, industrious engineering, marketing & product talent.
Huge class/recognition gap between the "in crowd" and the hard working "worker bees"
