It's very hectic, especially when there were cancellations. Seasonal job which was supposed to be permanent full-time.

I learned how to work in a highly stressful environment. I wore many hats and became quite well at multi tasking.

Wouldn't work there again.
Customer Service Agent (Former Employee), Fort Lauderdale, FL –
Pros: flexible schedule
Cons: always felt the company was "out to get you".
It's a good starting place for the airline industry but don't base all airlines on their corporate culture.

Cheap airline as employer
Customer Service Agent (Former Employee), Aguadilla, PR –
Pros: the job is really nice, if the person like to work with people
Cons: stressfull 40min turn arount flight
Spirit Airlines is the training center to work in other airlines. Other airlines (Jetblue, Southwest etc.) look at candidates resumes looking for Spirit expirience so the person is train already. They promise me free ticket, yeah aja. lowest hr. rate. Like working with people but the company makes the it dificult
