It's very hectic, especially when there were cancellations. Seasonal job which was supposed to be permanent full-time.

Exciting, peaceful and intense at the same time, everyday you learn something new, you are always in a different environment, working with different people, benefits are awesome, flight and health benefits among others. There is nothing hard about this job, unless a pax have an emergency on the air, but most of the time is just fun fun fun, meeting – more...  new people every day. :) – less

I learned how to work in a highly stressful environment. I wore many hats and became quite well at multi tasking.

It's a good starting place for the airline industry but don't base all airlines on their corporate culture.

Spirit Airlines is the training center to work in other airlines. Other airlines (Jetblue, Southwest etc.) look at candidates resumes looking for Spirit expirience so the person is train already. They promise me free ticket, yeah aja. lowest hr. rate. Like working with people but the company makes the it dificult

This was my very first oportunity in working as a flight attendant and the company was a respectfull and friendly environment to work in and the experience i had to work with the different personalities and diverse public was amazing and overwhelming.
