For all other information, our travel advisers are at your disposal, seven days a week. Our desire is to continually improve the service, and we would greatly appreciate your feedback on each of our hotels. The criteria and ratings provided by Splendia clients, who have stayed at the hotel in question, allow us to display, on each hotel's webpage, a rating from 1 to 20. The hotel doesn't intervene at all in the evaluation process; and hotels receiving a rating of less than 15 will be withdrawn from our selection.
