Repetitive but an alright place to work

Pros: they worked with my schedule well
Cons: not many breaks. i couldnt get full time here
At this salon you get paid just a little more then you would at an all commission salon because you are busy all day. It was very repetitive because you are required to do the exact same thing on every client, which is ok if you don't want anything too challenging.

Pros: flexible work schedule
Cons: no affordable benefits, no room for advancement with in the company
It is a great place for new stylist to start out cutting hair. Flexible work schedule for students. You can not build a book to take with you though. This makes it hard to advance in your career.
