Pros: 15 minute breaks, most co-workers were really nice
Cons: management and a few co-workers were really mean
Typically it would be an 8 1/2 hour work day, but we got a half hour unpaid lunch. They gave the last shift (11:30-8) to all the new employees. The employees were all friendly. The management could have trained more and a little better. The hardest part of the job was dealing with customers on the phone. The most enjoyable part of the job was processing returns.
