Good Entry Level Job for College Grad
Assistant Manager (Former Employee), Louisiana – September 2, 2012
Starting pay is pretty good. Questionable practices at times. Not very family oriented. Management makes job seem very demanding. Long hours and some saturdays (every saturday in the months of Nov and Dec). Restricted vacation time schedules.

Example: Productive and fun workplace with ping pong table
Financial Representative (Current Employee), Example: New York, NY – August 9, 2012
Pros: salary, hours, benefits
Cons: constant solicitation of the same accounts day in and day out
If you dont care about people, only care about yourself, and dont mind preying on people who are trying to get out of debt, this is a great company to work for. What's sad is that you can say the same about any consumer finance company. Training is mediocre at best. Their focus seems to be on meeting your application quota. There is no sense of helping – more... customers. Its approve or not approve then keep it moving. Very impersonal. – less

Wonderful learning experience
Financial Representative/Management Trainee (Former Employee), Salem, OH – July 22, 2012
Great opportunity to achieve various licenses. Lots of great corporate opportunities available. The wonderful ride ended too soon with the closing of my small town branch office.

Fun if u make it
Assistant manager (Current Employee), Chicago, IL – June 13, 2012
Pros: good benefits
Cons: field call customers. have to collect them at their house.
Typical day u take applications for loans and book them. You call a delinquency route to follow up with past due customers. Have learned about the world of finance. Management is great however getting moved around to different offices can be disheartening. Work environment is normally exciting if the employees make it as such. Hardest thing to do is – more... trying to make everyone happy. – less
