Refereeing is challenging and stressful but rewarding.
Referee/Umpire (Former Employee) –  SpringvilleMarch 30, 2017
Refereeing is a tough job. You have to be able to have thick skin and be able to take some insults and yelling every once in a while. But overall the job is fun and if you like to be in a gym or on a field then this is the job for you

The most enjoyable part of the job
On-call Crossing Guard (Current Employee) –  Springville, UTSeptember 30, 2015
I think the most enjoyable part of being a crossing guard is when your helping them across the street, they say, "Thank you", with a BIG smile on their faces and that makes me happy that I can be a crossing guard.
Pros
Helping children across the street, the kids telling you thank you
Cons
Never calls me to do my job.
