Sprinklr has been such a fun, fast-paced learning experience for me. I'm very thankful for the opportunity to be here. The culture at Sprinklr is positive - there's a lot of change going on, but I think the people are adapting well.
Benefits are great, and they have treated their people well.

Cutthroat culture
Regional Sales Manager (Former Employee) –  Overland Park, KSAugust 7, 2017
CEO is brilliant and product is solid, but culture is absolutely poisonous and management keeps team on a short leash. All you have to do is conduct Linkedin search for former Sprinklr employeese to understand how turbulent an organization it is.

No work/ life balance, path for advancement is unclear.

No work/ life balance. The path for advancement is unclear, and employees are always left guessing what they need to do to get to the next level. Office culture is not great.

Fun workplace - awesome coworkers. They are going through a lot of changes with upper level management though, which can be confusing.
Intern (Former Employee) –  Austin, TXJanuary 18, 2017
Being an intern at Sprinklr was a great experience! I learned a lot and had awesome interactions with everyone that worked there. They have a lot of fun activities for their employees. My only complaint is that there are so many changes going on at the high levels of the company, that job security is very up in the air for everyone and especially the interns. I don't think this is a good internship if you are extremely in need of a job.

Awkward Teenage Phase, but Headed in the Right Direction
Services (Former Employee) –  Austin, TXOctober 13, 2016
Solid company headed in the right direction. Very ambitious leadership, but doing alot of the right things to get tenured employees out of the start-up mentality and thinking more like a mature technology company.
Pros
Headed towards IPO, Lots of really great/smart people, Good benefits, Excellent work/life balance, Strong Leadership, breakfast/lunch/happy hour served once per week, beer/wine fridge, free snacks, great office space (may be too open for some)
Cons
Currently in the awkward teenage years between start-up and corporation trying to find its identity, Still operates too much like a start-up operationally, New products and enhancements are rolled-out with minimal preparation, No 401K matching, Lots of politics between the OG and newer leadership, Too many micro-managers that act as bottlenecks for process growth

Excellent company with passionate employees and an awesome workplace culture
Success Analyst (Current Employee) –  New York, NYJune 15, 2015
Most intelligent group of people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. The product is excellent and everyone truly believes in it and each other. It is a fast-paced work environment and the company is growing at an exponential rate so there is a lot of room for career advancement.

Because of how quickly the company is growing you have to keep up with a lot of changes. As long as you are okay with keeping up with latest product releases (which happen weekly) and a fast-paced work environment it's a great place to be.
