The Retail Consultant (RC) is a customer service and sales position within the retail store. The RC advances all of Sprint’s core objectives including improve the customer experience, strengthen the brand and improve profitability. The RC helps customers through the purchasing decision, activation process, product education and after-sale follow up. The RC may also assist the customer with billing and account issues. The RC provides service expertise to triage equipment related problems, identify the most appropriate issue resolution path, and finds solutions that fit the customer’s needs. The RC will work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as required and adapt quickly to the constant changing environment of the wireless industry.
Experience is not necessary but a plus.
Full Time: 30-40 hours
