I would go into work, get my computer turned on. Start by answering multiple phone lines and connecting them with the right person in back office. File paperwork, scan and email applications or important documents to either corporate office, our other two offices or to the correct place. Continue to answer phones throughout the day. Set up appointments for people to come In and apply with the company. I learned a lot about multi-tasking, having control over your patience with some of the employees or employers. I really did enjoy my days with talking to all different kinds of people, and learning new things about them and the companies we worked with.
