Cons: hard to get a position with benefits.
I came to SPX after working in payroll for over a year. I was in charge of multiple databases that tracked things such as electricians that we had trained to do installs in certain areas. I was also in charge of recruiting electricians in areas where we needed coverage. I was challenged with a lot as an intern, but was given the guidance to take it in stride. I was sad to leave there, but was not able to be hired after graduation.
