Responsible for the handling of inbound calls 25-30 calls per day. i value working as a team and working daily with supervisors and managers in resolving a wide variety of issues our customers may face from shipping issues to claim processing complications.The most enjoyable part of my job is being able to help customers with various issues but my hardest part is wishing i had additional tools or powers to better execute my job duties to go above and beyond for all customers.
This company has found its self having budgeting problems. They are moving a lot of jobs overseas, They are making employees take on extra roles but do not increase their pay for it. (Cheap labor) the company has very slick language to CTA (Cover Their A**), high turn over rates and they much prefer to fire and rehire then to keep quality people around. I was advised regularly to take advantage of customers knowing they did not understand their full rights (Old, people, people with warranties on lower cost products (toys r us, tiger direct, and QVC customers mostly), and people with warranties on "mirage items" which are items with warranties that Squaretrade sells but can not be covered because of the terms and conditions of the warranty. The sole purpose of those warranties is for branding. I'm pretty sure this company will be sold in the near future do to the decline in profits. Their is currently undercover operations being conducted on this company based on claims made against them. Heads Up!

SquareTrade has led the way in innovation and delivering an exception service & product for a very traditional and bulk market. SquareTrade's vision remains exceptional. It is a company that is always pushing for new and better ways to provide support to their new and potential customers.
On the downside, with the strong growth SquareTrade been seeing, there has been a big lose in the once great internal culture.
