Unfair Business Practices

This company has found its self having budgeting problems. They are moving a lot of jobs overseas, They are making employees take on extra roles but do not increase their pay for it. (Cheap labor) the company has very slick language to CTA (Cover Their A**), high turn over rates and they much prefer to fire and rehire then to keep quality people around. I was advised regularly to take advantage of customers knowing they did not understand their full rights (Old, people, people with warranties on lower cost products (toys r us, tiger direct, and QVC customers mostly), and people with warranties on "mirage items" which are items with warranties that Squaretrade sells but can not be covered because of the terms and conditions of the warranty. The sole purpose of those warranties is for branding. I'm pretty sure this company will be sold in the near future do to the decline in profits. Their is currently undercover operations being conducted on this company based on claims made against them. Heads Up!
