Working at SRIFCU has to be multi task. Assist members in person, by phone or by e-mail. Meeting member needs and concern about their accounts. Its a team player environment at work. We all have weekly duties that we have to meet and assist members daily. Having a accuracy of currency transaction handled and balancing/closing end of the day. At SRIFCU we as Member service representative have many layers beyond member service representative position. We as an MSR, we open new accounts and close accounts as needed. We are first point of contact to our members. We are call center for our members for domestics or international members. We resolve debit and credit card issues or any account issues our members has. We process Wires, Visa advance and increase sales by offering loan products to our members. We audit new/closed and loan accounts for our members. We balance Vault and ATM machine daily.
