Resumes are reviewed and interviews for qualified staff are conducted by our firm's principals - professional, highly experienced designers, developers and implementers. Yes, we vet our employees fully and that includes reference checks, but our interviews are about solutions. When a prospective employee is interviewed at SRISYS, we want to know about the challenges they have faced - and what they did about them. Interviews are very different when the interviewer knows their field inside and out. We aren't asking about where prospects "see themselves in five years. We want to know about their solutions, how they designed them, how they resolved connectivity issues and succeeded in their implementations.
