Senior SCCM Administrator (Current Employee) – St. Louis, MO – March 21, 2018
Manager has NO communication skills, prefer to e-mail as opposed to talking. Not many African-Americans that work there. The culture is cut-throat and there are no paid sick or vactions days for contractors.
Registered Nurse (Former Employee) – Jefferson City, MO – March 19, 2018
The nurse to patient ratio is poor and pay is average. It is a micromanaged environment. On most days there are more Administrative staff than patients. Floor staff have to struggle to meet ongoing demands from administration, such as increasing patient satisfaction, while administration are frequently making cuts to the number of staff that are allowed per paitent. My time spent here as an RN was less than pleasant.
