In any case, it doesn't sound like much progress was made toward filling the project's $131 million budget gap, let alone the dispute over who would get naming-rights money from the stadium.
Of course, it's always possible that the state and the Vikings will hash something out by Friday, even if it's only a matter of each kicking in a few pennies themselves and kicking a bunch of the missing costs over to the county government or something.
