Customer Service Specialist, St. Cloud, MN - February 8, 2015
A typical day at this job was to check my e-mail, post job leads, answer phone calls, help employers with questions and concerns about posting a job with us, help students and alumni that called or came into the career services center. I learned how to be a more professional customer service representative. My supervisor and my co-workers were very easy to get along with.
