This hospital is great to work with. This hospital aims for excellence.

I enjoyed my on call position for three years at st Francis. I worked with great doctors, great staff. My manager was very pleasant.

The hardest part of the job is coming in on call by yourself. I prefer workig in teams regardless of whether it is only one paioent.

· Pulled medications from shelves to stock crash cart
· Performed and maintained inventory
· Cleaned Travenol pumps
· Prepared medical trays for surgical procedures

co workers are great management is really bad and the office politics and favortism is taking over.

I loved working for St. Francis. Very understanding when I came back from maternity leave and needed to go per diem. The Surgeons were great to work with and so was management. I have since moved out of State and I have made some of the best friends I have ever known.

I enjoyed working at St Francis Hospital I start by putting folders back to file. I learned how to use Medrec Millennium system, madebar codes for new and old folders.and made folders for new patients also Pulled files for loose reports. I enjoyed my co workers and they were very helpful in training me. The ER is a very busy work area, but it made the time go by fast.

alot of favoritism by management who made a habit of saying one thing but practiced what they wanted to do. It is growing. Was a very caring facility when I worked there but recently was a pt and did not see the bedside care.

Enjoyed working there and had lots of peers that were professional yet fun to work with and always had your back

I volunteer in the Emergency Department. I find it very rewarding, and enjoy volunteering my time.

I have worked in several different clinical settings in some of the best hospitals in the country and I am looking forward to expanding my horizons even further

I love this hospital! My work experience at this hospital (even though I was a contracted employee working for another company.) I found my surroundings and the people I worked with very comfortable. I worked in the ER on the 'off shift' in with the St. Francis Registration Acct. Reps. I had some of the best, kind and wonderful people around me. That – more...  includes the ER supervisors on any shift. We worked together and I honestly loved my time with them all. This hospital does their best to help the patients and also their contracted employees. I feel proud to have been able to spend the past 11 months working there and making some really wonderful friends. I have nothing but good things to say about this hospital, doctors and nurses who ran the ER and the representatives who tried to make my stay there a great experience. I want to add that the supervisors that I worked with, did their best to make my experience a very positive one. The ER supervisors are extremely helpful to everyone and they were great with me from the very first day I started. Thank you St. Francis, for a very POSTIVE experience. I also would like to make mention that the billing Dept who I ocassionally worked closely with, tried their best to help me (and I them) in order to help the patients who had some financial difficulties. Even though I did not get paid by St. Francis or be able to advance etc. because I worked for an outside company, I feel that if I had worked directly for them, that they would still get the highest of ratings!!! If I get hurt or have heart problems, get me to THIS hospital. – less

My employment with this hospital was exceptional. It was a caring place in which the doctors as well as the staff work extremely well together. It was a family. The patients could see and feel the energy that was present in the office.It was a team effort in which we all came together for the care and respect of the patients and there family.

As CNA we work well together helping the patients get better an go home quickly. We love to hear the patients left a star for the floor I work on.

St Francis was a good hospital to work in I got valuable experience while working there
