Set up for the RN's schedules for the day.
Greet each RN with "Good Morning"
15 minute meeting with staff getting updates and status of patient's
Assist staff with difficult cases such as late discharges and new admissions.
Walk thru on the floors check staff supplies and needs.
Return to office and update payroll for staff
Work on Denials by Medical Insurances
Attend In-House Administration Meetings to discuss Daily Staff Functions and Census updates.
Assign Lunch Schedules for staff
