Top Management is comprised of a bunch of people who have been in their jobs for 20+ years. Their business acumen was good for 1980 but not today. They have no clue how to motivate or generate business.
They will hire you, promise a raise and promotion then simply not do it. Culture was only good because colleagues were pretty cool people.
HR only hires cute young females but then they are baffled when their jobs are posted here for 4 months on end with few applicants.
Look elsewhere. This organization is well past its prime.
