It seemed that every department was staffed with very young inexperienced, immature employees. RNs and CNAs goofing around and being very disruptive to patients. I even witnessed them chasing each other in the halls. Management is non-existent. My manager was rarely in the office. He spoke to me perhaps 3 times in the year that I worked there. I am hoping that at some point some other health care companies will settle in Twin Falls. At this time St. Luke's is the community's only option for hospital care. I, for one, would prefer that my family never have to go there and be subjected to subpar care. Working there was bad enough, but I think being a patient there would be horrific.
