St. Mary's has an employee benefit program superior to other programs offered in the area, They have a history of not advancing employees that are qualified for a position - they will post a position because they are obligated to when they already know who they are going to hire/possibly promote. There are many employees that have been there many many years, but have a history of eliminating positions of employees close to reaching their pension. The training is not high quality and not provided for all positions. Trainers lack professionalism. Overtime for non-salary employees is frowned upon and salaried employees can expect to work excessive hours.
