Good place to work. Management was great and everyone worked well together.

Longevity of employees and strong moral values are a thing of the past for this employer. I was happy to get a job there and worked in various capacities for 18 years. As management has changed over the years and the facility in no longer ran on a day to day basis by the Nuns, the values of the people that are in management do not line up with the "mission – more...  statement" of the facility. However, it is a good place to train, but I would strongly recommend that you train and leave while you still have a positive disposition for the medical field. – less

St Mary's Hospital is an excellent place to work. They believe in the people that they employee and have very high values personally and spiritually. The Finance area is not a good place to look for a position at this time since they are outsourcing that area to a service center outside of Michigan, but and clinical areas are a very good choice.
