At St. Patrick's we believe that as long as a person lives, there is possibility for growth and increased enjoyment of life. Therefore, we provide a continuum of care. In addition to providing a wide scope of stimulating programs for residents, we operate a variety of outreach programs to seniors living in their homes, including the Seniors' Day program and Respite program. Our goal is to enable seniors to remain in the community for as long as possible and also to give caregivers some degree of relief throughout the week. Quality programs, both within and beyond our walls, ensure the wellbeing of Ottawa's seniors.
St. Patrick's Home continues to be recognized throughout the community as a leader in the long-term care of older adults. It was the first facility in Ottawa to be accredited by the Canadian Council on Health Services Accreditation (CCHSA).
