Pros: free lunches over month-end
Cons: no lunch hours over month-ends
A typical day is your day start as you walk in the door ,customer 's would get you as you walk in the door and there is no need to mke excuses like you havent started working already you must just help them.Solving customer queries handing out debit cards ans credit cards ect.Ive learned that i must put myself in the cusomer's situation and deal with – more... it that way .Treat the customers and colleques as your mother's and sisters and brothers.Management did set aclear dirction they were very transparent and fair.My hardest part of my work was .Not being abl to help a customer when there is really nothing we as branch can do further when the systems oi offline or when there is a waiting period attach to it .I enjoyed the team work and the team spirit inspite off the stressfull work we alwys would find ways to build the team spirit because nothing can be acclomplish without team work – less

Pros: the ability to meet with executive and general staff of various businesses, including blue chip companies.
Cons: lack of structure
Working off site-conducting independent reviews. thereafter, consolidate the information and draft report. Meeting with credit to assess new and existing VAF Originator or Owner driver applications.

I have learnt about originators and their businesses as well as Owner Driver Schemes.

The – more... challenge in my job is the lack of structure.

Most enjoyable part of my job is that no two days are the same. There is continuous LEARNING. – less

Understanding Clients
Fraud Analyst & Call Agent (Current Employee), johannesburg – April 18, 2013
Pros: 1 lunch
Cons: 8hrs & 30mins
The main purpose at my work place is to pose a positive attitude toward life. i find it my duty to be loyal toward people in need especially due to the fact the 90% of the clients who call in are victims of fraud.

I am a postive person and always choose to pose a smile where ever i present myself. i am someone who choses to make each day productive – more... and that is by learning more and exploring more.

i do confirm that my occupation is very stressful and a position of working under pressure. whereby you do recieve irated clients calling everyday, but the best remedy to the problem is understanding that suitation of the client and imidiatetly finding a solution.

Towards my co-works i choose to be very helpful,as a result of it enabling me to be more dependent and allowing dividuals to have someone to depend on.

The hardest Part of my Job is making sure i deliever what is promised eventhough i work underpressure.. i work on holdidays and weekends and ensure that i have not reached work late or arrive with excuses.

The best part of my Job is making sure i learn something new eachday and there was someone who felt better after i was of an assitant to them. – less

Can be able to learn something new from the other department, depending on yourself, every one had a fair chance to apply for different posts, always have to be a team player especially in sales your work was fully dependent on that.Laid down procedures of the bank makes it difficult for a person to think outside the box. After assisting someone who truly – more... needed assistance with something it is so fulfilling to put a smile on their face again. – less
