CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, Florence, KY - December 9, 2017
This was the best job I had ever had. It was a small office of less than 10 people in our department. I would come into work, startup my computer, go get a cup of coffee and say good morning to everyone. I'd get back to my seat and check my work emails and reply to any that needed it. Then I'd spend most of the rest of the day taking inbound calls and talking to people about coffee. If I wasn't taking inbound calls, I was calling other inquiries back to talk about coffee and their needs. Nothing was necessarily hard about this job, except for making outbound calls to set appointments up for our sales representatives to demonstrate how our coffee service worked. We had to do this when there weren't many inbound inquiries for our services in order to make the amount of appointments needed for the week. There is only one thing I would have changed about this job and that was the distance I had to drive to get there. Other than that, this job was perfect for me and personality and skills.
