As a becoming a leader in the industry, the company has lost it's touch with the behind the scenes as well as the front line employee relationships
Accounting Supervisor and Operational Support (Current Employee), Houston, TX – May 16, 2013
The lack of respect and disregard for the loyalty employees has become over whelming. Many years ago, it was a company I was proud to be a part of, now it is just a job and a struggle to accomplish each day to the best of my ability. I have so much to give and strive to be a part of a successful and respected business. This is no longer where I am. – more... I hope to find that again. – less

Horrible management team
Parking Enforcement Officer (Former Employee), Decatur,Ga – April 29, 2013
Pros: meeting new people, the pay, off on weekends, off by 2pm
Cons: sometimes you wouldn't get breaks, standing in harsh weather without proper gear, management
Virtually easy job made hard by poor management team,no room for growth unless your a friend of someone in management,The most enjoyable thing about working for this company was the end of my shift. The hardest thing was to prepare myself for the next day.All I learned from this company was what I needed to avoid in the next one. Most of my co workers – more... are cool.. – less

Some poor working conditions. Exhaust fumes. Otherwise not a bad place to work.
Parking Garage Property Manager (Former Employee), Seattle, WA – April 11, 2013
Pros: free parking
Cons: exhaust fumes and long hours.
Busy job. Keeping employees on task; learned a new trade, parking management.
Managed so I didn't really have coworkers except for other garage managers in different locations.
Most difficult part of the job was managing union employees.
I liked the customer service end of the job.

Customer service (Former Employee), Kansas City, MO – January 30, 2013
I really enjoyed my previous job. i liked the fact that most of the employees and employers where close more like a family than a business. I also like the fact that we had different job titles during the week it gave us as employees to gain experience from many jobs.

does not run efficiently as it could after cuts and downsizing
Starter Supervisor (Current Employee), Chicago, IL – January 10, 2013
Pros: the union
Cons: not enough workers per shift
Because of downsizing the day to day work load is physically harder. Management does the best they can with the new cuts. ine

This job was not very enjoyable.
Cashier / Supervisor (Former Employee), Fort Myers, FL – January 9, 2013
Everyday i relieved the second shift, made myself aware of what happened while I was not there. I then witnessed the counting of my partners money, then she mine. I didn't learn anything while employment lasted here. Management was decent. My co-workers were pretty good, we all got along. The hardest part of the job was being awake during the midnight – more... shift. The most enjoyable part of the job was the end of the shift. To clarify the job was not all that bad, the hours were exhausting. – less
