Nice place to get started
Repair Technician (Current Employee) –  Cincinnati, OHMarch 6, 2017
This could be an amazing company . It's a good one for the most part unfortunately they don't seem to want it to get any better. The wage is pretty bad, you definitely have to haggle during your interview or you will be sorry. The health insurance is mind numbingly expensive. And the worst thin. By far is the training.... that's because there isn't any. Other than that they do offer tuition assistance, they match 5% in 401k which is nice and the amount personal days you get are fantastic.
Pros
Nice culture, benifits beside healthcare are nice
Cons
No training . Low salary, high insurance

Poor crew attitude.
Crew Lead (Current Employee) –  Springfield, ILNovember 18, 2016
Long term co workers have poor attitude, and poor work ethic. Bunch of bad attitude workers who think they know way more than they really do. Quality of workers stink...
Cons
crew attitude poor

Quality lead inspector (Current Employee) –  Cincinnati, OhioNovember 9, 2016
The atmosphere here is team oriented and drives toward team goals. The laid back atmosphere helps promote a self motivating atmosphere where you are given the responsibility to manage your time effectively.

The co-workers are all kind and extremely helpful and willing to work together as a team to find tough solutions to tough problems.

Management is a little stagnant and lack true vision of the future. Directors spend more time worrying about what happened yesterday or what employees are doing today then spending real time planning for growth and development of their respective business units.

Bench Operator II (Former Employee) –  San Antonio, TexasOctober 2, 2015
Braze in my booth and continue to push out product. I learned to manage time and keep a steady work flow. The management was pretty relaxed as long as demands were met. Most of the people I worked with were easy to work around, but the hardest thing there was staying away from the slackers and even that was pretty chill. What I enjoyed the best was seeing the finished product when I was through, that's what really got me.
Pros
easy enviorment

none

Proposal Developer (Former Employee) –  San Antonio, TXOctober 22, 2014
While I enjoyed professional success and some victories, the abrupt turn against me hurt. But I know and understand it was for the best. This is an extremely efficient company from top to bottom, across all sectors. They are pioneers in lean manufacturing/maintenance processes. It was a great learning experience.

Good old boy "bullying" mentality pervades the Augusta facility
mechanic (Former Employee) –  Augusta,GAApril 23, 2014
An "old southern" type mentality pervades this outfit and,if you're uncomfortable or offended by boorish, bullying behavior from management/supervisors towards employees than you'd best look elsewhere for employment.
Pros
Good benefits
Cons
Abysmal pay increases for even the best, most tenured employees and a bullying atmosphere in which people are terrified to make a mistake.
