Establishes and manages a portfolio of member business lending clients by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintain and Update Watch Report (Excel Spreadsheet)
Update information to Participation banks by sending regular updates on the participated loans
Send out Renewal Letters to existing borrowers
Track Classified loan portfolio, manage Credit Quality Reviews, and Risk Rating System
Spread Financial Statements & Tax Returns
Develop a financial statement and covenant tracking program
Manage Loan Expirations, Renewals, Reviews
Manage Financial Statements (PFS, TR, Rent roll)
Manage Financial covenants and “subject to” items
Track Documentation exceptions, including Property Taxes, Insurance
Order Appraisals, Environmental, and review OFAC list in credit authorizations
Send approved Risk Ratings to Operations for ILS update
Follow policies and regulations of SFCU
Assist in the quarterly “Capital Risk Report”
Is responsible for compliance with all required regulations and polices, especially with all Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) policies, procedures and regulations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must have personal computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
