Fast paced, highly intelligent members

The best part of this job was our members. They were intelligent and very giving at the same time. The Team at the branch were all highly trained and skilled in their jobs. They were experts in customer service and job knowledge. It was a daily team effort we all helped each other when needed. Great Team!

I had the opportunity to grow with a small company. Learned all there is know about retail banking.

small company and able to interact with upper management

terrible technology department, unorganized, bad training department, unclear policy and procedures for employees and members
