A great place to work with a great group of people. The management and co workers often came together at the hardest times which somehow became the most enjoyable parts of the job.

Lots of office politics. When work slows down, people loose their jobs. You are just a number there. If you sneeze there you will be fired. Avoild this office - company.

Very competent leadership and engineers. Clearly defined job responsibilities and accountablilities.

Stantec focused on one client. When work slowed down, started laying off people to artificially raise billability. Finally left after being cut to part time while others did whatever they pleased and were full time (at least on their timesheets).

People were very friendly.. Scheduling could have been better

Management tried to focus all effort on one client, one contract, when lost the contract, almost put the company under, local office closed.

I really loved working here. The pace was fast. The people were great. The available resources made the projects fun (even when they were difficult).
